My Writitng Goals

Last week in Te Ngahere everyone created a google drawing about the things we need to learn in writing. I had 7 things that I need to work on. I am trying to work very hard to complete all of my punctuation.

My Maths Goals

Last week Te Ngahere made a term 4 google drawing of our maths goals. We got to choose three goals of the ICAN sheet, one of my goals is to Solve simple equivalent ratio and rate problems.I chose that one because that is a good one to learn. My other one is Compare fraction sizes with whole numbers. I chose this one because I think it would be good one to learn.I am in stage 6 in maths I need to work very hard so I can be in stage 7.

William Pike

Last week on Friday everyone in Te Ngahere watched a webinar about  William Pike. Then  we made a google drawing about  the things about him. Also when I was doing my google drawing about William Pike I was finding photos that related to his information.

Holding My Breath

A few weeks after the beginning of the term 3, my group and I had to read a book called  Holding My Breath we had to  answer these questions and if we did not know that answer we had to read the book again. Our WALT for our reading is WALT: Answer inference questions. Here is my work just click the link.

Common and proper noun

Last week in Te Ngahere we were learning to use proper nouns and common nouns in our writing. Also the WALT was WALT about using proper nouns in report writing.  The purpose was to use capitals for the correct words because we are writing reports about countries.

Reading goals

Last week in Te Ngahere, we created a reading goal google drawing. The WALT was  Identify our next reading goals. We had a reading goal sheet and then we had to choose our goals that we either thought was hard or you haven’t learnt yet. Then we had to write it onto our goals setting google slide. Then we had to write our reading goals onto a google drawing. Then get the teacher to check our reading goal google drawing and then they will print it out and put it on the wall.

Maths Goals- Vanya

Last week Te Ngahere choose three maths goals from our I can sheet then make a google drawing. Our WALT was to Identify what we have achieved in maths and our next learning goals steps.
